This is an impressive high end fish fillet when finished. Very flexible and sharp. It has a 11″ lower cutting edge with a false upper edge that may be sharpened. Sharp cutting point for easy piercing. With leather sheath.
Bright polished and 7CR17MoV stainless steel blade hardened to RC57-58.
